Jason Hopper is the founder and Managing Director of Vector Consulting. He has had various roles in Australia, the United Kingdom and New Zealand; working in companies such as GE, Lion Nathan and the University of Canterbury. Jason has an MBA (University of Canterbury) with particular emphasis on group dynamics, leadership and quality assurance. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Australia's Deakin University.

Jason has led successful ISO implementation projects, has been involved in in-depth research in the education sector, has considerable experience in accounting & finance, and has partnered entrepreneurs to ensure their personal goals are aligned with business goals. He is regularly involved in strategic planning for organisations, with a particular emphasis on an organisation’s “fit” with its strategy. He is passionate about aligning businesses to meet their goals, and uses his strengths in leadership, group dynamics and finance to ensure sustained success.

Megan Hopper is the Vector Consulting Quality Adviser and co-director. Megan's background has included 16 years in healthcare, including clinical, operational and leadership roles. Megan is a qualified Lead Auditor and Registered Nurse with post-graduate qualifications in quality management and health and safety. Megan is a member of the New Zealand Organisation for Quality. She has a Bachelor of Nursing from Australia’s Deakin University.

Megan regularly assists clients with successful Accreditation/Certification audit preparation and outcomes, and continues to undertake quality auditing for Quality Health/Telarc. Recent (2009/10) assignments include; service reviews (for productivity and compliance with healthcare standards), service improvement projects, development of clinical practice appraisal frameworks and implementation of new services. Megan is also a professional Director of Equitas Care Ltd.

Megan has a particular interest in helping organisations improve beyond compliance and is highly skilled in empowering clinical teams to improve the service they provide.

Sonjia Wilson is an Associate of Vector Consulting. Sonjia is the Vector Consulting Human Resource Specialist. Over the past 14 years, Sonjia has held a variety of positions in generalist HR roles. These have included Human Resource Management and Learning and Development positions. To compliment Sonjia's experience, she holds a Masters Degree in Management Studies and Employee Relations and a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Economics. Sonjia is a member of the Human Resource Institute of NZ. Sonjia works with organisations to link HR strategies with organisation strategy to ensure businesses get the results and impact required.

Sonjia works within organisations at all levels, from the shop floor to senior management and has the ability to quickly establish credibility and gain commitment to organisational initiatives. Sonjia has a passion for organisational development and has successfully led projects relating to team development, cultural change, performance management and standard operating procedures. Joy Hussey is the Vector Consulting Administrator. Joy undertakes administration functions to support Vector Consulting clients and consultants. Joy's highly developed administration skills and can-do attitude ensure that clients are provided with exceptional service and that the Vector Consulting office functions efficiently. Joy has advanced computing skills and supports the accounting functions of Vector Consulting clients (such as MYOB and payroll), as well as organising document management systems.
